Kāti Māhaki ki Makaawhio secondary school grants 2012

Komiti Mātauraka would like to announce that the 2012 Mātauraka Secondary Schools Grants are open to all parents/guardians/caregivers of Kāti Māhaki ki Makaawhio rakatahi.

These grants are for the sole purpose of helping with school-related costs, i.e. uniforms, stationery, fees, etc.

These grants are financed by Kāti Māhaki ki Makaawhio Ltd and administered by Komiti Mātauraka, Te Rūnanga o Makaawhio.

To be eligible for these grants you must meet the following criteria:

As a parent you must be a registered member of Te Rūnanga o Makaawhio or a guardian/caregiver of a registered Te Rūnanga o Makaawhio rakatahi
Rakatahi currently attending a secondary school (proof of enrolment/attendance required)
Within the school years 9–13
Supply a verified bank deposit slip with name of account and bank account numbers. If successful, grants are paid into bank accounts only, no exceptions. All fees on the account are the applicant's responsibility.

The closing date for applications is 12 March 2012. Applications must be postmarked no later than that date.
