Hīkoi Whakapapa — 20–22 January 2012

Our Hīkoi Whakapapa has been confirmed for the weekend starting Friday 20 January 2012 through to Sunday 22 January.

A bus has been chartered and will depart from Hokitika on Friday morning, where we commence our hīkoi and visit wāhi tapu here on the Coast, before heading to Tuahiwi and Kaiapoi Pā.

We will be staying the night at Taumutu with our Ngāi Te Ruahikihiki whanauka. Around lunchtime the next day we will go to Wairewa and spend the night there. We have a couple of options being planned to coincide with our time there. Sunday we will be heading back to Te Tai o Poutini.
